April 5, 2012 – Our house sports a new for sale sign out front which I have to admit makes me a bit sad. At the same time I am hopeful and anxious for people to come and see our home. The house is in the best shape it has ever been – even the little projects are finished and it is clean! That alone makes me want to stay. (Grin.) We are living in that middle ground of trying to enjoy every minute we have here and at the same time looking forward and preparing for the future. We are praying for a great family to move in here and that this house will be a blessing to them, just as it has been for us.
November 4, 2011 – We are just beginning this blog and are excited to have a page devoted to family happenings – especially to keep the grandparents updated! Our hope is to use this page for educational purposes too, as a place for the kids to report on what they are learning, to write their own personal entries and to post photos of their work and field trips. As a result, this page may not always seem so polished, but I trust it will be entertaining for those who are interested (grin.)
